  My experience of dealing with this agency, as a nurse, is that of excellence. If they can keep it small and dependable, to suit the needs of the clients and the workers they will be on to a winner. Lovely husband and wife team with individualised care giving.

  Let me start by saying I had to give it one-star to post this comment. I am concerned about the way this company responds to service issues and complaints. Last Saturday, February 10, 2017, my mother was left in her apartment without her aide. She phoned the emergency number from 8 am – 3:00 pm, without a response or call back. When she first started with the company the representative informed her to contact the emergency number if there were any issue with her care. She has phoned on numerous occasions to address the lack of an aide or having a stranger ring her bell. Which as you know, in NYC, with an elderly individual living alone, they will NOT answer the door for known reasons. At this point, the only resolution is to take my complaint to the next level, move her to a new agency and provide an honest feedback regarding this NON-Dependable Home Care service.

  Worst agency they have no respect for the aides yelling caintia this women will disrespect you. She doesn't care if you are a human stay away from this Agency

  below a zero!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst agency ever. Do not recommend. The aides that work for the agency are wonderful; however the owner Mrs. Taylor is the rudest most uncaring individual. She never returns phone calls never takes ownership of her mistakes and is unable to manage her agency. Does not live up to the name Dependable. They should change their name. My poor mother has been left without an aide on several occasions. She is unreliable and never comes through on her promises. Stay far away from this agency
