  Dependable has great people and we've been extremely satisfied with them. Our apartment is one of many in our building and Dependable services the entire building. Nevertheless, the service guy who came to our apartment gave us great individual attention, took all the time he needed to address the mice problem we've been having, and made an extra trip to his truck to get further mouse traps when the saw the problem was greater than anticipated. In short, great individual service. I highly recommend them.

  Great experience working with Herm, he was very polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Will certainly be using Dependable again and asking for Herm specifically.

  I work at the Lombardy Hotel at Lexington ave in NYC for some time now. Howard G is doing our Hotel every Thursday. I used to see him every week aside from his pleasant personality and his accurate work. we had no problems with Bed Bugs, Mice, Mosquitoes, Sewer Flies maybe a little roaches like almost every place in NYC but it is under control thanks to our soldier Howard.
