  Not very cooperative with Landlords.. I provide an tenant with an apartment while on Public Assistance; Social services use to send me partials of rent every 15 days, now they just paying me $18.20 Yes only-(Eighteen Dollars) monthly for an 1 bedroom in NY...Now tenant is late for 6 months, lady can't afford the apartment and now I'm stuck paying for her to live for free in my apartment, lawyer fees and court fees. No communication from them at all and no answers for assistance...Thanks Social services for being the lead cause of Foreclosures! Beware landlords
