::Everybody at this DMV Is rude and have no idea about their job. You call the customer service center and they instruct you to do one thing. You visit the dmv and it’s another . I asked the lady at the counter how long would it take a transaction to be done and she said one week. Went online and i saw 3 months. Called back the customer service number and they said 3 months. Called back the same DMV and spoke to somebody there and she’s gonna tell me that I should call the title bureau and why am I even calling her. Asked to speak to a manager and apparently the manager can’t talk on the phone . Disgusting and unprofessional.

::I usually hate going to the DMV, but my experience here was excellent. I didn't have to wait too long. I got everything done within 45 mins. Ms. Harris was amazing. She is very patient, kind and professional. Probably one of the best employees there.

::I went for my learners permit today Walked out in 30 minutes The gentleman at the counter for final processing was very respectful and professional Cons the lady at the counter for photo visit test e.t.c seemed a little rude But overall quick walk in walk out process Keep the good work

::Let me start out by saying that I do not like going to DMV. You usually spend a lot of time in there, the staff is not very nice and your frustration level goes through the roof I must say that on this visit, my conception of the DMV has changed. When I walk d in it was very crowded and I knew I was going to be there for hours. I was told to go to a line which had one person ahead of me. When it was my turn, I was greeted by a very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable young lady, Miss Brown, who took care of me and turned my pessimistic attitude around. When she finished with me, I went to another employee, Miss Harris, who was equally as courteous and professional. They finished with me and I was out within 15 minutes. I came in dreading having to be there and I left with a big smile on my face. Those two ladies are outstanding employees and they deserve to be recognized for their work ethic.
