  Rats/mice chewed our stuff, only ever one dolly and it is broken, more expensive than any other storage, have to pay extra to get in after 5:50p? What the hell is that about? Does it cost more to open a door after then?

  More expensive than other locations, restrictive access hours, staff never at location, and poor communication.

  I visited a storage unit here for work and have never dealt with the management, staff, or service offerings/prices. All those aspects seem to have rave reviews (and I have no reason to doubt them!). The aesthetics of the place, however (bare in mind that's all I'm reviewing here) get a 3/5. It's an old, dusty building with oldish equipment on an old lot next to abandoned looking train tracks. That said, it was accessible, there was a cart right up front where I needed it, and the loading dock was convenient enough. Wish I had been able to interact with the staff. May very well deserve the 5 stars everyone else is offering.

  I was so glad to have a friend refer me to Denver Storage Solutions. The building is secure, clean and climate controlled. They have push carts and dollies for customers to use - not to mention bathrooms on the premises. The staff was friendly and helpful. I opted for the 24 hour access which has really come in handy - more than once.
