  Pete helped my wife and I through a home search in our area. We were thinking of moving to a different street very close by. Pete was excellent at getting us into a variety of properties to consider. The interesting thing was that rather than nudge us to another purchase Pete helped us see that short of some modern upgrades, the home we already lived in was exactly what we were looking for. So we remodeled and are extremely happy. When the time comes to move on, Pete will be the first person we talk to.
