::It is hard to give a DMV or any government office a 5 star rating because I feel robbed at how expensive this was. ($1,700. +). Last time I was at the DMV was 9 years ago in 2009 after I purchased my 2008 car. In 2009 my DMV visit was a miserable visit. The 2 people I dealt with in 2009 were horrible illogical people, who were also not so smart. They were not helpful at all. And they came across as people who don't like people and could not care about helping others. Since I don't buy cars often, they tarnished the image of the DMV in my eyes for 9 long years. I visited this DMV a couple days ago. They had a man whose only job was to make sure everyone was okay. He made sure people were in the right line, and got their number, and answered questions while everyone waited. He did all this, in such a friendly neighborly manner. Wow! Am I at the DMV? Then when I went up to the counter, the lady was so friendly also. She was helpful, and nice. I told her how nice the guy at front helping people was. She made a joke while he passed by so that he could hear. You could tell the employees like each other. I gave her all the papers I got from the car sales place, and she separated the ones I needed and returned the ones I didn't need. While I am not thrilled at the price, when she was all finished, she was so friendly, she made me feel like I wanted to stay longer. What a friendly place. I can't say all the employees are like this here, because I only had contact with 2. But the 2 people who helped me, made a huge positive impression on me. So if it takes me 9 more years before I buy another car, during those 9 years I will have a much different opinion than the opinion I used to have after my last DMV visit.

::It seems weird to write a gushing review about a DMV but I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised by a visit to a government agency. Super friendly and helpful staff and an incredibly efficient process. Easily the best DMV experience I’ve ever had.

::Went on a Wednesday about 2:15pm. Was in and out in under 2 minutes. Changed address from Adams to Denver County and renewed registration. Employee was super friendly.

::By far the best DMV experience I have ever had. I was dreading going today but I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. Be warned that this location DOES NOT do licenses. I came here to get new plates and registration. I got my number and was instantly called (WOW!). I worked with an excellent woman who did my VIN verification form and was very friendly. I had to go to the Lakewood location after to get my new ID, and was no where near as easy as this location. Thank you!
