  Oh man! I'm serious about breakfasts. Nine out of ten times I will choose breakfast foods over most anything else. So believe me when I say this was one of my top 5 breakfast meals of all time. It didn't hurt that my buddy and I were coming off a 5 day mountain biking adventure, so we felt comfortable trying multiple things. The biscuit / cinnamon roll set the tone, going perfectly with whatever tasty, specialty craft-roasted coffee they were serving. After that, the Franklin sandwich is where it's at! I had a hard time choosing between biscuits and gravy, a chicken biscuit, or something with bacon, and this was all those and more! I went with the mushroom gravy because somehow the sausage gravy felt like a little too much. My buddy got the sausage gravy with his Franklin, and I'm not sure there's a wrong choice here. Both were great. He also got a fried egg added on and, well... neither of us went home hungry. I can't wait to go back the next time I'm in Denver.

  This place is amazing! Great food & customer service! Very clean & kid friendly. Employees did great when dealing an irate female yesterday. I heard the staff explain that they was out of biscuits & even offered pizza to the lady & kids. But the lady wasn't having it & continued to berate the employees. The employees handled it very professionally. So great job on the companies end. Some irrational people just can't seem to grasp the fact that sometimes places do run out of a specific item. Great job all around on customer service! This was meant for the one on Tennyson.

  Best biscuits and gravy I've had outside of TX! Amazing food at a reasonable price in mountainous portions. Check them out! Jazzy was super attentive and sweet. I'll definitely keep bringing my friends and family here!

  Servers here were awesome and very attentive. Clear that they cared about their job because one spent plenty of time chatting with us at our table instead of running around like a madman. The food was incredible! The portion sizes were enormous. We got the cinnamon roll biscuit as a starter, it was a delicious way to start the meal. Unique, classy vibe while being laid back. Loved it!

  Biscuit Factory Spent the weekend in Denver and Yelp indicated that this was a popular place. Made my way over to Denver Biscuit Factory around 1030am on a Saturday. Very quaint atmosphere. There was a 35-40 minute wait. They offered up free coffee and cocoa. There's also a waiting area outside that's pretty cozy if it isn't freezing outside. I ordered the Franklin with the gravy on the side, a bowl of grits with the hot sauce on the side and a side of ham. The Franklin is a fried chicken breast with cheddar and bacon on a biscuit and smothered in sausage gravy (there are other gravy options). The food was very good. I'm glad that I had my gravy on the side because it would have been too much on top of my biscuit. These biscuits are huge, moist and delicious. The grits were very good and being from the south in scrutinized those grits the most. I will be adding hot sauce to grits forever now. It's nice to hit up a place that's recommended and it is actually as good as folks say it is. If I'm ever in Denver again. I will be back.
