  First time here and the whole staff was friendly and all went smoothly! They explain what they were doing so the child can feel comfortable.. I personally like when a dentist explains and communicate! My child left happy and so did I 😊 I would totally recommend coming here. I just would’ve like to see the furniture more updated bc it gives the place an outdated look.

  Horrible experience. Staff was rude and unprofessional. They kept messing up my appointment and rescheduled me 3xs. That should of been a red flag. However, I decided to give them a chance. We arrived on time and I informed the rep I was here for my kids appointment. We waited for about half an hour and then the rep said she forgot to give us paperwork that needed to be filled out. The wait was too long. At one point we were waiting in the room while he went to attend another patient. When we were finally done I went to the receptionist and asked if we have to make a follow up appt. she said she doesn’t think so. Then she said we have to pay over $200. I told them my ins covers at 100 %. Then she said they don’t participate with my insurance. When I called to make the appointment, specifically I asked if they participate with my insurance and plan. I was told they do. In fact, they said they would contact my insurance to make sure everything was good. A rep called me back and stated I’m good to go and no issues and I was covered in full. However they still wanted me to pay. They said my insurance was not verified. I told them to contact my insurance, but they said it was closed (which was a lie). I told them that I know my benefits and I work in a medical office. I verify insurance and know the process. Also if there are issues they are to inform patients especially when the patient asks. The office “manager”came to speak to me but she was not friendly. She said that her office never makes mistakes and that if they did, I was still responsible to pay since services were already done. I told her that I should not be responsible for negligence on their end. She told me that if I wasn’t going to pay to leave and never come back in front of other clients (rude,unprofessional). I have never been treated like that. So disrespectful and rude. I contacted my insurance and was told that they were wrong and that they never even verified insurance. I was not supposed to be charged for anything. I will be contacting the BBB. People like this should not be running a business. I also think they are running some frauds/scams. I’ve seen other reviews where patients experience similar issues. Also the fact that the dentist is commenting on his own page and replying back to himself and acting like a customer it shows how sketchy this office really is.

  I bring my 11 year old son to Dentistry for Children. The staff is always polite and friendly. My son feels very comfortable with Ms. Sally during cleanings. She understands that he has difficulties having his teeth cleaned. She is extremely patient and caring about house comfortable my son is. Dr. Sultan was very informative and explained what was going on. Dentistry for Children is a great place.

  For my daughters first time at the dentist, Dr. Sultan and his friendly professional staff took care of any fears my daughter had. She had an awesome experience and even told me when can she come back when we left. Definitely recommend Dentistry for Children for anyone who is looking for a great environment and great dentist! Thank you guys 😁

  Recently moved to New Jersey from California and my husband and I seriously had a hard time finding doctors for ourselves and our three daughters, (ages 6, 9 and 14). I was referred to Dr. Sultan at Dentistry for Children through my family friends and couldn't be more happy with how he treated my girls! The staff was friendly and they were able to take us all at one time instead of breaking up dates and times, which always is a pain. I was able to stay in the room with my youngest, who is super afraid of the dentist. Now she can't wait to see Dr. Sultan again! Thanks so much Dentistry for Children :)
