  This was my first visit at the West Islip location and I was very pleased and impressed with the level of care I received, from the professionalism of the front staff to the care I received from the dental technician and dentist. Actually, my 92 yr old mom was the patient, and I couldn’t be happier with the attention, compassion and care they provided her! I would/will recommend this office to friends and family....

  This is the Best Experience I've had at a dental office . First.Time.EVER! Practically painless and quick. The pain relief I have right now is so comforting! They even offered me Netflix while I got the work done! WHAT!? I go back in a week to finish the root canal and have it capped but i feel so good for the moment. Front desk people were amazing ( I run a front desk and that was customer service is!) THANK YOU!!!!!

  Entire staff is wonderful. I see Dr. Diamond, always kind and caring. Jessica, my hygienist is gentle and informative, as are all the others. Dawn at the front desk is caring, helpful and fun. Not so bad since going to the dentist is necessary.

  Every single person in this office is always so welcoming and genuinely caring. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Wait time is minimal and the friendly atmosphere makes going to the dentist so much less nerve wecking!

  To make a long story short, got wisdom teeth extracted by another surgeon and I've been in agonizing pain for two weeks. After being dismissed by my surgeon I came here. The staff is very friendly and I could tell everyone just wanted to help me. They packed my socket and I got immediate relief when my surgeon wouldn't do it. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could, even if it was just for something as simple as them packing a dry socket.
