  On 4/14/18 I went to Dental365 in Ronkonkoma. When I say I’ve never been so pleased with a Dentist office till this day. I’ve always had bad experiences or waiting too long to be seen, but today changed my whole perspective. First off my appointment was at 2:15pm, but I know since I’m a new patient that I would need to fill out paperwork so I went in early at 1:45pm. Immediately upon my arrival I was greeted by Dawn, she was so pleasant and friendly. Dawn gave me all the paperwork I needed to fill out, it took me roughly 15 mins to fill out. As soon as I was done I was called to the back by Kim. Kim was so down to earth and easy to talk to, she answered all my questions promptly and with accuracy. Dr. Olsen then entered the room with a great smile and ready to go over my procedure with me. Dr. Olsen explained everything to a T and explained how he was going to extract my tooth and assured me I should feel no pain but if I did just let him know and he will give me more numbing medication. Next Dawn came back in to go over all the billing and informed me what my insurance will cover and what I would have to pay out of pocket. I was so pleased because it was so much cheaper than the previous quote I got at another Dentist. Now Dr. Olsen was back to numb me up, ahh I’m not going to lie I was so scared. Dr. Olsen was so gentle that I barley felt it, Just a pinch at one point. Then came in Nate; Dr. Olsen’s Assistant. This was the point my anxiety turned up because I knew the next step was to pull the tooth. Nate was so patient and calming, he talked me right through it. Dr. Olsen came back in and before I knew two extractions were done and I was relived. There was absolutely no swelling; there was some bleeding which didn’t last long. The same night I was back to eating the foods I loved and missed so much due to all my tooth issues. I’m so thankful for the entire staff at Dental365. I look forward to visiting again; they have a permanent new patient that will follow where ever they go!!

  Very easy to make an appointment and the front desk is exceptional, so friendly and courteous. When I get to the appointment the office is very modern and clean, lots of light, makes you feel comfortable. When I get to the room, it doesn’t have a door, which for me is great ( I have anxiety and dentist is one of my worst fears), has a tv, which is distracting ( for the patient, duh) the dental assistant was nice and soothing, as for the dentist (Dr. Mehlman)he was so caring, and he was full of energy and fun, helped me through the whole process. They have a super duper modern technology, they can print a crown 3D right there on the office! So that saves you time. As for my personal experience, I’d recommend this office,they all work in sync.

  My dentist since I was a child recently retired and is no longer in practice :( I looked into so many different dentists and heard about Dental 365 in Bellmore, I went, and was totally impressed :) ! I’ve had the pleasure of going to the Bellmore location as well as the Dental 365 in Ronkonkoma. Such an awesome experience. These guys are the best. Everyone on staff is extremely considerate. However this operation works should be a role model for other businesses. I will continue to go to them for a long long time to come. I just recommended my other go as well. She loves it too, they are doing something right!

  I have searched the globe for a great Dentist. Believe me when I say many don't deserve holding a license. Dr Mehlman saved my 30 year old gold overlay wisdom. His staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I have found a permanent place with whom I can trust my dental work. I am so so happy!

  My husband and I had our first appointment at Dental365 in Ronkonkoma last night, and it was by far the best dental experience we’ve had! Especially since we are both dentophobic! Definitely recommend they were not only super nice but appointment was quick and office was clean!
