  I wish I'd read the reviews before taking my daughter to this dentist office. I went to this dentist office because it accepted my husband insurance, and the office is near to my house. Horrible!!! My 14 years old daughter haven’t been to the dentist in a while, we expected that she’ll having problems with her teeth, and the cleaning process will run a little longer than the average visit. Not only does my daughter have no cavities, it only takes him (older man, about 60ish dentist) about 10 minus to complete the whole cleaning procedures. The dentist did not removed any of visible plaque on my daughter teeth. He did not checked her gums for gums disease, he only polished her teeth!!! Without cleansing the teeth!!! I was in shocked and confused! When I asked him what happened to the water, cleansing instruments used to clean between her teeth (the normal cleaning procedures)? He looked me right in the face, and said, and I quote “we are not allow to give that kind of cleaning procedures for kids under 15 years old” I was like, is he for real 😳? I politely, thanking him, I was not even tried to corrected him, or pointed out of his lied. We went home, I went online looking for a Pediatric dentist, someone with 5 Star rating. We did found a lady pediatric dentist in Astoria, we probably have to pay ourselves without the insurance, but I’m sure it’s worth it!

  The worst dental office they only go after your insurance money they dont really care about people, very crooked dentists, dont waste your time there, they scam you and lie to you.

  The Dentist is Amazing his Receptionist aren't the Best!

  They make you wait hours, not sure if it's because they overbook appointments or just dont like to work. You would think with this type of company values they could at least be on the cheaper side compared to other 5 star rated dentist offices in the area.
