I went there as a walk-in patient and this was my first time here. I had terrible pain on my wisdom teeth and needed extraction. I had to wait almost 3 hours to be called for extraction, i was a walk-in patient so can’t complain since priority were given to those who had appointment which makes sense. I went in and after 10 minutes the dentist came who was so friendly. He described me what he is going to do and which tooth needed extraction. I was scared that it may hurt a lot but the doc comforted me saying it’s a quick process and i will be put into sleep. After about 30 minutes or less all my 4 wisdom teeth were taken out and I didn’t feel any pain at all. I was just a bit dizzy afterwards so they let me rest for a while. Whole thing went so smoothly and i am glad i did it. I had no pain at all later! The place was so clean but even after being a Tuesday morning it was so crowded. It was a good experience!

Went in an hour late for my wisdom teeth extractions and they took me in within 20 minutes. Clean environment, staff was friendly. Left 45 minutes later with medication and antibiotics. No post op pain, procedure went smoothly. Swelling went down with ice packs. Very good service.

I went to a dentist office and they did a root canal but didn’t remove the infection I had co,platelets so I was in agonizing pain. Came here last week and saw doctor Jerald Shah and my goodness his hands were magic. I am TERRIFIED of dentists and I told him how scared I was of dentists. Terrified isn’t the word. He made sure to explain every single option I had available several times and put me as ease. He ended up taking out the infected tooth plus a wisdom tooth because of the way my insurance works and all I remember is him putting the IV for the anesthesia and then waking up. Literally did not feel pain or anything at all from the extractions. He was amazing! Next time I need extractions I will see him. Very patient and calm. Great experience with this doctor! I didn’t wait long and was a walk in.

I removed an impacted wisdom tooth at the ripe ol age of 31, apparently that’s old. Show up as a walk in by 7am you’ll leave by 11am, that wasn’t the worst part though, it gets packed so it’s understandable. Place was super clean, that’s a plus. The nurses were so so there’s always one grump and a sweetheart. They ask to put you to sleep of course I said yes, but I wasn’t. I remember hearing the doctor and feeling slight pressure, not necessarily pain. Is it sexist to say I prefer female dentists? He was a bit rough, but again no actual pain during procedure just a little pressure.. Dentist seemed to be in a rush and honestly talked quickly, did not feel reassured or given much information in terms of aftercare but I guess that’s what google is for huh. They rush to get you out of the waiting area after sedation I wanted to curse the damn place. I hope to never experience this again, and to boot they give you Tylenol 3. For a impacted wisdom tooth? Downfall of living in the hood.
