  I was greeted by my hygienist within 10mins of my arrival. It was my first time having Tiffany service me. Her touch was very good- more gentle than I’ve had previously. She was spoken- at times I needed her to speak up more with her mask on to understand her directions. Overall it was a very good visit.

  I had the pleasure of visiting this Dental One Associations, a family-owned dental office and I have to say it was the best dental experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The office is clean and modern with a great layout, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. What stood out to me the most was the diversity of the team - it was great to see so many black employees in the office. As a person of color myself, it's always nice to see representation and feel included in all aspects of life. The staff here were also extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or like I was being talked down to. As someone who has had negative experiences at the dentist in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt during my appointments. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease, and their patience and kindness did not go unnoticed. I always felt like I had all the necessary information before any procedure and never felt like I had unanswered questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of a caring and competent dentist. The staff are all amazing and so sweet - I can't say enough good things about them! Thanks for making my dental experience such a positive one.

  I’ve had a great experience at Dental One of Columbia over the past couple of months! From my first emergency appointment, to having my wisdom teeth removed about two weeks later, to having a cleaning about a month and a half after my wisdom teeth removal (which could have been sooner but I wanted to wait), the turn around time was great. The staff are friendly. Dr. Asher and his daughter are friendly and skilled oral surgeons. Esayas is a great oral hygienist! I notice that wait times for morning visits seem to be longer than for afternoon visits. This is why I have only 4 stars. Otherwise… I highly recommend.

  Honestly, the best dental experience I have ever had. I had several dentists due to changing insurance but this one was like no other. I really liked how thorough Dr. Pahk was in his examination. He was also extremely informative, explaining everything he did and everything he noticed. The staff as a whole are extremely kind, warm and welcoming. It really makes a difference :)

  Always a great experience, my wife and son are also patients. Wonderful atmosphere, everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistants and hygienists to the dentists themselves are very kind and friendly. Explanations are always given and questions always answered. They put you at ease and none of us have had any of the “tense” moments jokes about dental visits speak of. It’s a very relaxing environment and I would recommend Dental One Columbia to anyone.
