  I been with doctors..Michael shaw. For like 8 years.. the assistance is rude.. I had made a appointment for a loose crown.. she gave me a appointment for three weeks.. I get to my app.n three weeks to find out I have to wait another 3 weeks after agreeing to pay what every my insurance didn't pay.. she was so rude.. never again.. lost a good friend n consumer .. DR. SHAW

  Dr. Michael Sawh is simply the best! He is a very honest and most knowledge based dentist around. He and his staff treat you like family. I have to say he is painless too! Very clean place. Will only see him for dentistry no other! :)

  Dentist is actually good but the customer service is horrible. Waited 2 months for an appointment, then to find out they give my appointment to someone else. Don't recommend at all.

  I called on Friday to make an appointment with the dentistry since it is close by my house I asked if they took my insurance she proceeded to tell me that they did so I scheduled the appointment and took a day off so that I could make the appointment I called her early in the morning to give her my insurance just to double check if they took it before I made my way down there she told me she would call me back in a little while to confirm she didn’t call me back until 3 hours later when it was almost time for me to be there so fast forward I go down there just for her to proceed to tell me that they only take my type of insurance if You got it through your job I asked well if that’s the case when I told you what type of insurance I had why didn’t you make me aware of that she then blamed everything on me as if I’m supposed to know what they accept and what they don’t. Simply awful would not recommend they play to many games I missed a full days worth of pay for nothing!!

  I was trying to become a patient since the office is 2 blocks away from my home .i thought its perfect and convenient and my insurence is accepted at the office. I called to make in appointment i was put on hold for 10 min i understood that i called at 9am and most offices are busy during that time so i cant be mad at that . She asked me what insurance i had i told her and they do accpect it . She told me i had to provide the number . I did not have the card on hand at the time i made the call . She did say they did accpect my insurance . So asked if i could just make the appointment and just come with the card then and any co pay of course i would pay it then. She said no (very rudely). That does not work for her . Long story short im taking my business . To another location that is away from my home. I would rather do that then deal with rude people .
