  I walk in to be seated and Don’t even get acknowledged as I’m waiting To be seated. Another guest sitting there waiting for her to go food was complaining about the service. The hostess walks by me 3 times, then two guests walk through the door and she seats them right away and walks by my again not even acknowledging me! The another person at the register doesn’t even acknowledge me. I stood there probably for 5 minutes not even being acknowledged!!! The person waiting for her to go food made a comments that I must of been invisible. When I Left that’s when I got acknowledged by someone!!! Very poor service!!!! Worst part about this experience is that they were not even busy!!!

  Horrible service. I was out there for a convention, so my husband and I stopped there for breakfast. Very slow service, and the people were not very friendly. That was day one. The next day, we decided to stop there (I should have known better), because we didn't know where anything else was and we wanted to eat before our long day at the convention center. We got there at 7:30. It wasn't that busy and they had a full staff, yet we weren't acknowledged or seated until 7:45. We are finally seated, but didn't get asked if we wanted anything to drink until about 8:00. Finally our coffee comes out at 8:17. We order, but we have to be at the convention by quarter to 9. So we wait. It's 8:36 now, so we ask if we can get it to go. They didn't refill our coffee, so we asked for 2 of those to go as well. 8:48 they bring our food out, no coffee though. My husband is standing in line to pay. By 8:54 we are finally out of there, and didn't have time to eat anyway. NEVER AGAIN!

  In the lunch time the food and the service was amazing. So we decided to go to dinner... We waited a lot, the waitress bring me the wrong order and the potatoes were cold I asked for reheating and they told me another fresh were coming... Never arrived...

  The food was great and service was good. Our waitress checked drinks multiple times which is great cuz lots of times I have to flag someone down for a refill. Good job guys!

  I DON'T even want to put one star. First walked in the door witnessed black women staff arguing where the customers could here them. Got sat, waited 10 min before our drink order was taken or acknowledged while waitresses (Tamera) walked past us at least 10 times, the "crappy" waitresses and hostess acted as if they had blinders on (our booth was right next to the kitchen). Finally after people were sat after us and got their orders taken someone said who's section is this. Finally got something to drink after 16 min., went ahead and ordered while we had the waiter. Staff walked by saying how they hated rude people (meaning it towards us). I noticed real fast how the staff would NOT help each other, and got pissed cause their section got seated cause they wanted a cigarette. To be a victim of the waitresses drama, and nasty habits really sucks!!! I have a feeling our waiter that we finally got didn't know that we were his table. Christian was very polite and did a great job.
