  Nothing like being called a B!@#$ by a manager to make you never want to come back to a place. One thing if I was being that way to her or an employee. Whole other thing if it was unprovoked.

  After being seated the host grabbed out drinks, we sat for over 20 minutes before a rude older lady said “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” I told her we had been there at that point for over 30 minutes and she said “well sorry I’m busy”. We had two Hungry kids so I walked to the FLying J and got them Cheerios. We eventually got up and left after waiting 30 minutes without being waited on. We will never go back.

  My fiance and I came in to eat this morning at Denny's after a long night at work. The server named TAMBRA D did not say anything to us but waved menus in the air suggesting we follow her to table . Before we even sat down she was DEMANDING what we wanted to drink and when I told her I wanted a water she literally gave me a dirty look and raised her upper lip like she was bothered by it! She brings the drinks back and pulls out her order pad and it was like less than 2 minutes since we sat down we hadn't evened open the menus yet! We told her we needed a few minutes and then proceeded to give us another dirty look and walk away. She comes back and we order and she doesn't say anything and walks away again. She brings us our food and we had toast but she didn't bring us any butter or ask us if we needed anything to go with our meal...in fact we never saw her again until she brought us the check. When she brought the check she literally just tossed it on the table as she walked by. WORST SERVICE EVER AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE. She is the reason that dennys could go out of business. She is that horrible but it's not saying much for management because they let her treat customers that way! PLEASE STAY AWAY....VILLAGE INN FROM NOW ON.

  I wish I git her name, but she told us to seat ourselves anywhere, then we’re told to sit in a certain section, okay cool, no big deal, but 10 minutes we haven’t gotten our menus. The waitress that has NO tables gets a drink for he boyfriend that just arrived. A big group comes and she has another waiter seat them and take their order..knowing we were there..waiting. She probably forgot, but then noticed us and then just started cleaning tables. Not TRYING to have someone serve. It was not a full house.

  Every time I'm stopped at a truck stop that has a Dennys, I eat there and always get good food. This place was great too. Had a brother for a waiter and the food he brought out was better than the menu pics. The next morning I was too full from the night before to eat breakfast and the waitresses were still nice and let me sit and stare at my own coffee.
