  I was greeted at the door quickly and warmly. I was taking to my table and given my menu immediately. I came here for my free birthday Grand Slam. As you can see by the picture, when my first plate came, I found the scrambled eggs dotted all over my plate and the bacon and sausage piled on top of each other. Very unappetizing plating. On the other hand, when I did get my two pancakes they were very warm, well plated, and very delicious. The ketchup bottle was all but empty. I had just enough to splatter on my eggs. I ordered a hot chocolate which came without napkins and over flowed on the table. Again, I had no napkins. All of the food was great tasting, they did come by and provide me with another hot chocolate and I guess for what I paid for it, I should be happy. My concern is that the cook is worn out and no longer cares about what his food looks like when it leaves the window. Would I come back here again? Yes! They have wonderful friendly staff, and extremely clean dining room, and it's a nice neighborhood restaurant. Besides that, I'd like to see what my food looks like when it's not a free meal.

  Based on my experience this location needs a little bit more of attention regarding their staff be more attentive to what their customer order, my friend order a grilled chicken salad and was served a cesar's salad, I order the multigrain pancakes that came after I finished eating my eggs and bacon when I normally like to eat them at the same time mixing the different food tastes in my mouth, so our experience this time around was not worth rating beyond 3 stars. Place is clean and offers comfortable seating.

  There was hair on my food! Please wear a hairnet and double check on every meal. You guys are disgusting many people and it can cause stomache or a stomache flu. You don't want to food poison any customers. Be careful and be concern about your job and customers.

  I've been to this restaurant a handful of times, each time with hopes that service will be better. I can now say that I will not be giving this place another chance. On Sunday my family and I went to have brunch, the wait to be seated was short and the server promptly took our orders (so far so good). Our drinks were brought to us by a greeter but forgot our straws, we waited at least five minutes to finally find someone to get straws. Thirty minutes after being seated we were done with our drinks, server asked if we needed refills...didnt get them for another thirty minutes. In the meantime, while we waited for refills, groups came, ate, and went! Over an hour after sitting, way too patiently, we get our food and ask to speak to the manager. We finish eating and the server comes back to ask if we still want the manager to come speak to us or wait until we pay at the register.🤔😑 We left with a brush off of an apology, no one cares to give quality service here ever. End of rant. TY

  1st time visit was 5+ stars, 2nd time a complete fail. First time I visited this Denny's ( not long ago ) the service and food was wonderful! On this visit it took about 15 minutes to be seated with 3 couples waiting in front of us. The restaurant was practically empty, so it wasn't because they were too busy. After being seated it took the waiter another 15 minutes to take our drink order. Waters all around except my grandsons apple juice. We ordered our food at the same time. 30 minutes later they come out with our food, forgetting part of the order & no drinks still. It took another 10 minutes for that. My food was visibly over cooked. My adult children and grandson enjoyed their food. There were at the max maybe 10 tables occupied & at least 4 wait staff working the floor at its busiest. Attempted to talk to management but when he finished talking to someone before me he quickly walked to the back. Advice if you plan on going to this location I recommend going during late afternoon. That was a great success. Late dinner never again.
