  Ordered pot roast melt with seasoned fries. Order came fairly quick. Sandwich was good, fries were cold when placed on table. Requested warm fries. Esther, waitress, ask cook to make new ones. The new fries were so hard I could not even eat them. When we spoke with on duty manager, he simply removed them from the table. We had to ask for an adjustment on our ticket a second time to get anything done. Esther was very apologetic, but she was waiting on whole restaurant by herself and it was busy for one person.

  Been here twice. First time it took over an hour to get my food. Service was horrible. I spoke to the manager about how horrible my experience was and I didn't receive an apology at all. Second experience was worst. I did not get what I ordered and it was cold. They did not offer to remake it. But they did give me a whopping 2 dollars off. Will never eat here again

  Service was great location 72nd Sheridan very convenient for me! Very clean and staff very sweet and friendly! Food presentation was great food was hot and freshly made! Thank you for opening at such a convenient location for me. Such a pleasure to eat at a place that is so clean and staff so friendly! Congratulations Denny's great experience and meal!   Coffee just barely warm, better drink it fast or it will be cold. Takes awhile to get refills too, maybe there's a shortage. Supreme skillet was eh... Apple crisp desert served in plastic to go container. What's up with that? Vannila ice cream on the side was good but missing the salted caramel. Staff all seemed to get along with each other.

  Cheyenne our server is very friendly, courteous, polite and has great customer service. Mike the cook was very patient, cooked my order exactly how I requested to perfection. The steak and hashbrowns were so delicious. I am very particular of how I like my food cooked. Mike and Cheyenne aimed to please and hit the 100 Mark. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I gave them a hefty tip. They deserved it. This will be my families place to get excellent food and service. They have the best chicken noodle soup that I have ever tasted. I was scraping the bowl.
