  Dear Dennis and Bella flower shop I’m writing to express my disbelief and dismay at the scale of dishonest business your flower shop has demonstrated today but not even fulfilling half of the order I had paid for to send to my girlfriend I was shocked to find out from her the order did not come with the chocolates and teddy bear I had paid for despite she being very sick and I was looking for something to cheer her up Your rude tone, I have captured on video and language used with my girlfriend is a disgrace , besides the fact that you openly admitted on missing my order you also failed to notify me or my girlfriend of the missing items or even offered to refund me in due course, It’s such a shame, I’m very shocked, I hope you take the time to carefully consider the consequences of leaving your customers cheated and unsatisfied Your website and whatever you advertised is a pure scam, if u don’t have what u sell why the bell would u offer and charge me?! Even the flowers did not even resemble the collection I have made Sincerely yours
