  Emil was rude and impatient, didn't finished my haircut, even left me and I had to dry my hair myself. Yes, I always say what to do and what I want, because I will wear my haircut, not someone else. Don't tell me not to tell you step by step what to do, I even did not. Why can't you be polite and respectful? Why not just say OK? We have different experiences in different barbershops. I was here first time, how could I know that you so good? How could I know that you can read my mind and you will know what I want? I don't know, may be you didn't like me. If you not pleased with something - say it politely.
