::As someone who has actually travelled to France, I must say you will never get anything closer in New York City to authentic French food than at Demarchelier! I began my meal with the cheese fondue which was one of the most flavorful renditions I have ever sampled. The scallops were fresh and juicy and the Crepes Suzette for dessert were the perfect way to end the night. I had the appletini which was a hit with the whole table and even sampled their salmon dish which was one of the best I’ve had in the city. The mussels were also an excellent appetizer. I will definitely be returning soon to Demarchelier!

::This past weekend, my friend and I tried a lovely French restaurant on the Upper East Side called Dermarchelier. It was small yet spacious, with beautiful paintings adorning the walls. It was our first time at Demarchelier, so we split a couple of appetizers and a couple of entrees. We started with avocado crab cake and steak tartare, both were a great way to start the meal. We also ordered the four cheese fondue, which was perfectly blended for an exceptional taste. Although we were pretty stuffed, we saved room for the wonderfully savory hanger steak and the outstanding grilled salmon for our makeshift surf and turf. I would definitely come back to Demarchelier again to try something else and would recommend it to anyone traveling on the Upper East Side.

::Demarchelier is a cozy French bistro restaurant. My friend and I were doing a goodbye party to one of my friends from France. She was excited she said it tastes like " I am at home". My experience in this restaurant was amazing. It has very comfortable atmosphere with muffled light and quiet music. The waitress was always around and kept an eye on our table. For an appetizer I went with "Endives Apple & Roquefort". It's a light and good start for your night. For the main dish I ordered "Duck Confit". After this, I would say it is one of my favorite new dishes. I ordered dessert "Creme Brûlée". It just melts in your mouth. Demarchelier restaurant will satisfy any type of costumers with different tastes.

::A very nice French restaurant. My friend is from French and she said it felt just like home. Really cosy atmosphere. A very charming place, perfect to go to for a dinner. We tried different appetizer like the cheese fondue, which you have to try, escargots with garlic butter and avocado crab salad, very nicely prepared and all so delicious. For main course I had grilled salmon with mashed potatoes. One of the best salmon I ever had! My new favorite! I finished off with an apple martini cocktail, it looked so good...and it was! Very tasty. Perfect ending off a perfect dinner. Had an amazing time here! Good food, beautiful atmosphere and excellent service.
