  I've been using Deluxe for almost 10 years but I noticed something changed in 2017. I asked for a full detail of my sedan which includes wash, clay bar, polish, wax, wheel cleaning, exhaust tips cleaned, engine bay cleaning, interior carpet shampoo, leather seat conditioner, dashboard conditioner and trunk cleaning. When I picked it up, I opened the hood to admire a clean engine bay. Instead, it was obvious they hadn’t cleaned it at all. Make sure you clearly articulate the services you want done to your car, ask for pricing upfront and confirm everything you asked to be done, was done before paying.

  I asked specifically for my car to be washed waxed clay barred and polished. Basically an exterior detailing job before I moved away from the area. I told Deluxe that I wanted the swirls polished out and some sticker residue removed from my window. When I picked it up, it looked fine, despite them having forgotten about the sticker residue completely (which I had to remove myself). It is now 2 weeks later and after the luster of the wax faded, I noticed all the swirls were still there, just as apparent as before. I doubt my car was polished AT ALL. I basically paid $175 for a glorified car wash and wax. And now that I moved away I can't bring my car back. Complete rip off. Avoid.

  I had an interior detailing here on my 2011 Kia Optima. The service was complete in a few hours and I thought the team did a good job on the vehicle. After I got home, I noticed a few nitpicky details that weren't taken care of, but overall I had a positive experience. Also, it seems the price point for an interior detailing was lower than competitors in the area.
