  Bad Company they will keep your money and they will ignore the court. I too have been warned before I tryed to rent from them for a Baysore apt and they took my deposit and they would not answer my phone calls and then ignored the court and the sherif and now I am in the third stage of court actions an now by law they o me about to be $500+ It could of been just 100 how Stupid of then I am going all the way as I now hav edcourt experience and will now hit them with a lot of lawyer fees.

  These guys are crooks, con artists, and liars. First they charge a rediculous amount for a security deposit. They charge you for normal wear and tear items such as scuffs on the wall (they will try to repaint the whole place if you let them). If you hang anything on the wall, they will charge you to repaint that whole wall. They expect you to return the place as if you never lived there. Using the cheapest materials for places they rent out, and when they break or wear out they take 10 times the value from your deposit. Very slow in getting anything you may need done, if they dont ignore you all together. Before renting with them I was warned that trying to get my security deposit would be a hassle. I was warned and ignored them and sure it enough it occured. Get everything from them in writing, especially if it has to do with money, because they will flat out lie to your face and since they have your deposit there is nothing you can do. They also do not put your money in a interest bearing account which by law they are required to do. Again you have been warned. Stay clear!
