  I had them come out to diagnose a hot tub operation problem. Based on their diagnoses, I went out and hired an electrical contractor to make electrical repairs only finding out that the problem still exists and I did not need the services of a electrician. Dell refused to come out a re-diagnose the problem without additional diagnostic fees; ie, they mis-diagnosed the problem in the first place. They also told me that they may have to come out and do multiple diagnostics to find the problem all at an additional expense on my part. I have a lot of money in to them and the electrician without Dell solving the problem. I feel their expertise in spa and hot tubs are limited.
