  Very overpriced for what you get, rude service, average food. They had given me some moldy pastries.

  This place is alright, hit or miss in my opinion. I came here for the first time in the early morning and got two sandwiches (made by an older man behind the counter) with free sides of cole slaw and they were great! I had high hopes for this place. I came back again a few weeks later in the early am and got the same two sandwiches (this time made by a younger girl behind the counter) and they did NOT taste the same. They seemed like half the size from the first time I got them and she didn't offer a free side salad. Also my biggest pet peeve and why I probably won't be back.. they have a tip jar on the counter by the register. I work in the service industry and I put money into the tip jar, the younger lady saw me with my hand near it and took it away off the counter as if I was taking money out of it. Such a shame.. I walked away the second time with mediocre sandwiches and felt almost shamed for giving them a tip. I'd rather go to Wellwood Bagels.

  The other reviews on here are right...Horrible Service!! I will not go here again.. complete waste of time.. I live down the block from this place and I will have to find a different bagel place. Last two times I've been there wait 10 min in line.. they took everyone else's order except mine.. I don't know if it's that i am Asian or not.. but they are rude. I left and went somewhere else for breakfast

  Unfortunately I have to give this place a bad review. I live down the block from this place and I will have to find a different bagel place. Every single time I order from here, I don’t get what I ordered. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich on a roll with lettuce and mayo and they never give it to me that way. I just ordered today again and the same thing happened. Not sure why or how they can always get my order wrong. Tried to call back to tell them and I got placed on hold for 7 min so I hung up. Not good.
