  They rise the price unreasonable. The opening price is 799000. Right now the price of residence 3 is 876000 after just few phase release in 3 month. Irvine Pacific home is much better than this Brookfield home! They rise the price may because there is a super long waiting list. So just give up the Delano. And Check out some Irvine Pacific homes at Eastwood village such as Petaluma.

  As a Brookfield resident already, I had to check these places out. I typically dislike townhomes, but these were amazing! These may be our future residence!!
