  Placed an order in August of 2016 and I have yet to receive my order. I have placed endless calls and emails and Karla Koch (manager) and left messages on recording (automated system answers phone- no one EVER picks up) has never returned one call to discuss where shipment is and when it will be delivered. POOR POOR POOR customer service. I just want my product or a full refund so I can order elsewhere. I am starting to wonder if this company even exists. If you are placing an order with this company, be ready to wait great lengths of time for you to get your product (10 months+) and receive zero customer service.

  Deltropico Designs has a great selection of lovely furniture. Their customer service is great and they have been able to accommodate all of our needs. They really put the D in design. Thanks Deltropico family!
