  My aunt was there last night 5-09-18 with my cousin , she said the service sucked as well as the food !!! They had many different servers bringing their food to the table. It took over a half hour to get their dessert . My cousin ordered Bacardi Rum & they brought him house rum .They will not be retiring there again!!! It was Totally Awful !!! She wouldn’t even give this place one star , but that’s the only way I could write her review.

  Not a bad option for lunch in downtown Stamford. Rarely busy, service is decent, prices are reasonable and most importantly the food is pretty good. The burger is particularly good value.

  Really a poor dining experience. First they crammed all six of us into a tiny booth on the bar, despite having a reservation. It took AGES to get any service. And then it took ages for the food. Our cocktails didn't come until the food had arrived, which came in piecemeal, instead of all at once. The food itself was pretty sub-par. My entree salad was perhaps 1cu of sad, wilted lettuce serving as a bed to my steak, which was a bit of a let down. Other steaks at the table had similar luke-warm reviews. Also, it's so dark they actually are walking around with pen lights so people can see if their steak is done properly. That's a sign it's too dark, btw. Everything too so long, I actually had to excuse myself to leave early, to check on the babysitter, and according to my family I didn't miss anything at dessert. With so many other options nearby, it's a wonder that Del Frisco's doesn't step up their game a little. I for one will not be back.
