::This company does whatever it takes to make it work. San Fransisco location was down and they handled the entire transaction remotely. Someone took the time to wait in line at Bank of America and manualy deposit funds in my account. I have done buisness with 4 other bitcoin exchanges and this one takes the cake. Call them first to exchange coins!!!
