  Great gym. I've been coming here when I'm in town on business. The owner is nice and welcoming. They have a cage set up for doing free weights - squats, overhead press, dead lift, etc. There is a large open area for small class workouts too. The equipment is new and in good working order. I've been coming in the mornings and the gym is not crowded. There is also a great place around the corner to get your after workout protein shake, or whatever replenishment you like.

  Quiet, good place to workout no distractions. Polite and friendly staff. Very clean facilities everything you need. Trainers that work with you and push you to be your best.

  There are several negative Gracor reviews that appear under Definition Fitness's listing because Definition shares Gracor's old San Marco address (Definition took over the location when Gracor ended). The reviews are not relevant to Definition Fitness, which has different ownership and business model.
