  Meditation and wellness is SO important. I was really stoked that Define opened their Living location in Houston. I had a LOVELY Sunday morning there. The ambiance is zen but with a modern flare-so on trend. I paired a Jasmin Rose tea with a hammock class, it was a good choice. Hammocking: (It's a verb now-for real) The Hammock class was a bit daunting at first but the instructor was really attentive and helped me get into the hammock. Once I got more comfortable I could twist and turn and hang upside-down. I felt like a little kid hanging from a soft tree branch! Rolling: We also did ball rolling to loosen muscles and my legs got longer-who knew? I'm now officially 5'1 instead of just 5.
