  I have been putting off having my wisdom teeth removed for so long because of the fear of the whole procedure and finally had them removed today by Dr. Defalco... He and his staff are AMAZING! I decided to have the procedure done with just a local anesthetic despite everyone telling me to do otherwise and Dr. Defalco and his assistant Sandy made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me throughout the whole procedure. So happy with the choice I made going to him! Thank you so much Dr. Defalco and Staff!

  My biggest fear of the dentist was totally debunked here. Very courteous and professional staff and Dr Defalco is great. Highly recommended

  I had an implant done at Advanced oral surgery with Dr DeFalco and he was absolutely amazing every step of the way. The staff at the office was lovely, Dr. DeFalco did an amazing job and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

  Dr. Defalco is simply fantastic.... As an oral surgeon (every procedure i have had was basically pain free).. as an interior designer (neat looking office, all technology is up to date, comfy patient chairs).. and most importantly as a person. (Outstanding bedside manner, I feel like I have known him for years). Also, Dr. Defalco's staff is by far the best. They all are so sweet and so professional, they genuinely want to make your entire procedure as comfortable as possible.

  Honestly, Dr. Defalco was was totally amazing. He was very calm and patient. He made me completely comfortable during the entire procedure. His staff was very friendly and he was a very interesting guy to speak with on top of everything else.
