  I dealt with Deer Park Auto Body years ago and was not happy. My mechanic said there is a new partner and they are no more issues. Well, he was wrong. Ira is a crook. He took my car - gave a loaner many days before an adjuster came. My car was still drivable. When I called, he stated "car is covered, the other insurance company is paying and car will be ready at end of week." Then several days later, he states that he "hasn't heard back from insurance company and my car is not ready." He is in cahoots with the car rental company. It took several weeks to get my car back. NEVER AGAIN!

  Fixed my side view mirrors and front headlight very quickly and looks like new.

  Had my car hit in parking lot I took it to deer park auto body and ira handled the insurance claim for me and got my car looking like new again very helpful person and professional thanks ira and team

  HORRIBLE job! I got into an accident called them to hold my car for insurance purposes. Wanted to charge me 4 grand to replace my door and axel. I told them no I will take the car (still drivable) they were completely rude didn't want to give me my car (after insurance paid them for holding it) very disrespectful because I found a company and family member that could help me fix it. Don't go here!

  Had my girlfriends 05' Jetta fixed at this shithole. First off the car took well over a month to complete, so long our rental coverage ran out. Now almost two months later her check engine light is on. We brought the car into Vw and they instantly knew it was in a front end collision, the body shop literally glued the secondary air injection pump back together instead of replacing it. Total hacks who only care about taking your money. I'd never, ever ever recommend this place.
