  Great selection of ornaments and seasonal decorations (I usually go during Christmas time but have gone earlier in the Fall and found beautiful autumn decor). It's a fun place just to go walk around if nothing else. It has great photo opportunities. The Tea Room has a great atmosphere. The food is a little more expensive than I prefer, but it isn't outrageous and is beautifully plated and delicious (they have a few gluten free offerings, including their signature rose tea). You can ask the staff about dietary restrictions and at least the manager will know.

  Delightful experience. Everyone was joyful and helpful. The Designer team was most helpful. They spent so much time with us assisting with ideas for wedding center pieces. They were wonderful! She even went back to the sales floor to ensure we selected the correct style, color, and fabric. Thank you so much!

  Great shipping experience. This place is a visual feast for the eye. They have everything for your Christmas decorating needs... from picture taking venues, to breath taking flocked pre lit Christmas trees, to Santa's, Angels, nativities and more. The staff are all very helpful. And then there is the tearoom on sight with all its delicious choices. I highly recommend.

  This store is awesome! Friendly staff, beautiful one of kind items. Pricey but well worth the high quality products they sell. If your looking for oversize figures, trees and designer quality pieces...you found the right place. It's open to the public, my wife and I have been going every year for at least 17 years. It's a great place for Christmas ideas!

  I love this place. Despite being very packed and crowded at times once you're ready to pay it's hassle free and little waiting times in lines. They're definitely prepared and able to handle lots of customers. I like their beautiful displays. You can get many ideas and inspiration from them as they are all different and very creative. There is a restaurant inside and I have not eaten there, but the seating and general vibe seem comfy and inviting. They have everything you can imagine as far as decorations go, including jewelry and you will absolutely love looking at their beautiful displays. Also the staff are very professional and friendly; really love this place.
