  Done doing business with this company. Asked them to duplicate my previous order and they failed to ship keys with duplicate order. Called the company and was told what they feel I did wrong. Phone call order is not sufficient. Practically demanded and email to order. Did not offer solution, focused on the problem. Use who you want Atlanta, my business will be with someone else.

  Decatur's best kept secret! No waiting in line, no error in cutting my file cabinet key, went to Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace, no one had the key. I was referred to this shop , there was plenty of parking, personalized couterous service!! Great Price!

  When I asked why the locksmith scheduled did not show up at the scheduled time they apologized and send they would send one later in that day, what they failed to mention was that I would be charged the after hour price! They came on their own time schedule and charged me for it!!!! NEVER again. I tried to give no star but it wouldn't let me post
