  Mad at myself for not coming here years ago. Dr Brillante and his staff were all extremely nice and welcoming from the beginning. The office is modern but warm, and we actually finished ahead of time. Highly recommended

  Easily one of the most professional, pleasant, and welcoming places I have ever been. The staff is amazing (literally all of them) and the office is sublime. They go out of their way to make you comfortable in their homey and very non-clinical atmosphere. State of the art! Awesome!!!!

  This office is super friendly. Dr. Brillante solved an eye problem for me that I had been going to another doctor to resolve but my old doctor never fixed. One visit to see Dr. Brillante and the issue was resolved. The staff is very helpful. Would definitely recommend Decatur Eye Care !

  I called asking if they were excepting walk ins for eye exams. I knew this was a long shot as its Monday morning and I'm calling day of, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. STEPHANIE answered the phone. I asked about walk in appointments and she said "No, we're not" in the most condescending, rude tone I've ever heard from someone in customer service. No explanation, no apology, no offer to schedule something for the future. I will not be recommending this place to anyone just because of the horrible customer service. I wish I could give this place no stars.
