  I've always have a good experience with Decamp Bus but lately for the 3 consecutive days the no. 44 is always late from a low of 25 minutes to 50 minutes to almost cancelled this morning. It's annoying and very inconvenient waiting for us commuters. I called Dispatch Option 3 and was to wait for almost the same number of minutes. Yesterday, upon reaching Lyndhurst we were asked to transfer to another Bus and reason they gave was that there's just too many buses converging all at same time. Either Dispatch is messed up or the Drivers are late. Something must be done.

  The folks at Big Bus do take care of you and make sure you are in the right place to get on the bus and will give directions for the nearest bathroom when you get off. they are very concerned about safety- no standing when the bus is moving. Above all I would commend the tourguide Paul S. for his witty, entertaining and very informative tour of Uptown New York. I have been to New York many times and always ended up roaming Midtown and Downtown getting sidetracked with shopping but this time decided to fill in the holes of my New York experience. I certainly did where Paul was concerned on the Uptown route. He had grown up there and shared his life there and vast knowledge of the area. What parts he knew less like upper 5th Ave he had done his research. A true gem for Big Bus! Best bus tour ever for me and I have done them all over the world,
