  I watch trucks everyday loaded with items from the various recyling bins located thoughout Brooklyn. This is a wiping cloth business. Why r they receiving bags that people allotted to be recycled for the needy. Needy people don't need rags they need clothing. I feel this is a fraud toward people that can benefited from those items they r collecting.
