  I had some issues with my 2017 Pilot and they did everything to fix it. I highly recommend Danny Turbides he went above and beyond to take care of anything I needed. Great place to get your car fixed. Rich my technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job.Thank You Guys you’re the best

  Today I walked into DCH Honda thinking I would find a nice, certified pre-owned CR-V. Instead, I drove home with a new 2018 CR-V EX. That's how good Carlos, Christian and Alex are at their jobs. Carlos thoroughly explained the features of the CR-V EX and how they differ from car-to-car ... and that explanation is what compelled me to buy a new car. His patience and engaging personality are also greatly appreciated. Christian and Alex were equally efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a great experience.

  Second review... Did not have a good experience the first time. I called again and spoke to an inside internet salesperson Lisa. She was extremely helpful and understanding. She directed my wife and I to a new salesperson. We met with Roberto. He is a diamond in the rough for car salespeople. Knowledgeable and patient are the qualities Roberto poses. I will update my review at the end of my car buying experience.

  We've been leasing from DCH Paramus Honda for at least 12 years now. And every time we are there they've treated us with great care and respect. Maria Alcantara is the one you want working for you. She knows how to treat a customer and does right by you. She's absolutely the best! The cars now are fancy with so many interior features, and I appreciate having a person that knows them well and takes the time to explain each one. Alex is a so well-versed. From when you enter to when you leave there is Georgia at the front desk...such a pleasant and welcoming woman. Thank you for always making it a wonderful experience.
