  We have gone to other Honda Service locations and worked with other Service Directors at this location as well and have yet to find anyone as professional and positive as Omar Atilano. He always has a smile and is always willing to take the time to patiently answer any questions you have. If you ask him for his opinion he gives you an honest one. If I'm not able to go in with my wife, I know that when she works with Omar, he will not try to convince her to buy services or products that she does not need. We keep going back to DCH Honda of Mission Valley only because of Omar, he is an asset to the business and they are lucky to have him!

  Even though our Honda CRV's are now out of warranty we will continue to go to DCH Honda of Mission Valley. They have always been honest and up front about our service needs, but also willing to throw in some quick fixes for no additional cost on some small items that need tweaking. We are so happy with the continuity of service and service personnel and the respect they show for the customer. Thank you for taking care of our cars.

  This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Saad and John Le made every effort to facilitate an easy and pleasant experience. The price was reasonable and fair. I am so happy I came here and highly recommend this dealership

  I arrived on schedule for my first service appointment at this location, and a greeter promptly met me to get my car checked in. Shortly after that a service advisor, Sergio, completed the check in process. I went to lunch around the corner and toward the end of the hour Sergio gave me a courtesy call to let me know my car was ready. Headed back over and Sergio promptly closed out the ticket. I appreciated how timely and smoothly the entire process worked with the coordination between the call center, valet and their service department. From beginning to end it was a great service experience, and I'll be back for future service. Thanks!

  Love this Honda dealership! Omar A. always helps me out - I have been going here for my routine oil changes and tire rotations, alignments etc, and they are the best! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable of parts and deals as well as very understanding and caring! Love these guys! Omar Ataliano has always taken good care of me! He never forgets to mention deals promotions and things I should know about my vehicle. Highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed.
