::I had an amazing experience purchasing my first car with Mr.Mitchel. He was very patient and understanding of all that I needed for my first car. He answered every question I had throughout the process of my research. I bought my first car feeling well accomplished and well advise to begin my new journey with my new car. Bryan Gamble in finance also was also a big help with understanding the process of payments. He also suggested further services regarding oil changes that will be very beneficial for me.

::Excellent! From the Price to the customer service to courtesy and respect. First of all, Lisa the internet sales is a wonderful and patient person, from the quote to the meeting. DCH ACADEMY didn't have any problems giving me a quote right away compared to other dealers, their first quote had already out shined other dealers and negotiation was actually very smooth. Moving on to paper work i was introduced to Enrique, who was very courteous. Patrick took over the paper work, as it was already after 9 PM, he was very patient and thorough. (sorry can't remember last names). Now it was just past 10 PM but the finance guy patiently went over everything with me unlike my previous car finances (sign here, there, there and here we gotta go!). Regardless of the time, Patrick was in no rush while he went over all the features in the 2018 model. A lot of reviews i read about dealers is that they don't care about you after they take your money, guess what, i left my garage control at the dealer so i called them the next day to make sure it was there, i got the front desk and they transferred me to Patrick who went looking for it and held it for me. Now, i don't know how long its supposed to take for plates to be ready but mine were ready in six (6) days counting Saturday and Sunday, (why i mentioned? All other previous dealers took almost a month.) Why would you go elsewhere? DCH ACADEMY will beat any dealer!

::Meghan Byrnes was a wonderful sales agent at the dealership. She was so nice to work with, very professional and well educated on the car we were buying. Meghan did everything right, she went beyond our expectations. from our first conversation with her on the phone, to the time we worked with her at the dealership, and to when we took our new car home. It was such a pleasure to work with someone who is so nice, friendly, and so efficient. I only wish there were more than five stars for rating, because she deserves every one of them. Next time we are in the market for a car, we will be back to DCH Academy Honda, to work with Megan on our purchase.

::Got odyssey Van 2018 with good price. But only to find out that detailing means soaked up floor mats and trunk area. took some days to get rid of fog being created by wet carpets. 1st snow and got my trunk soaked again. Called them to register and get service appointment. Cannot attend the appointment being lazy. Got weather mats for all rows and only found more water on weekend while cleaning the trunk that its too soaked to be normal. Called them and got an appointment only to find out a parking lot bump in rear bumper will be blamed for cause of nonalignment of trunk door with latch. (Which open and closes normally and never had a wind noise). Had to negotiate the loaner. In spite the first appointment included the loaner. A flat tire was not patched and new was offered instead. Driver door does not closes completely till a bit slammed. 3 Issues were reported and 2 were reported non -issues. PS.Coffee machine dispense hot black water ONLY ALWAYS. been there thrice and was disappointed.
