::absolutely terrible service, I would advice everyone to avoid these people. They're one job is to help people and make picking insurance easier. As someone who recently turned 26 and lost health insurance after coming off my parent's plan, reps at DC Health Link made this already stressful situation an even messier nightmare. I signed up for a Kaiser Plan and then wanted to change to CareFirst within the same day. A rep on the phone told me this was a really simple change, no problem. One month of zero coverage, paying for my prescriptions and doctors appointments out of my own pocket later, my case was never solved and I told them to forget about it. Every single time I called to get an update on my situation within the month of November, each rep gave me different, incorrect information. No one here knows what they're doing at all--avoid at all costs. Total idiots and criminals as the other reviews state.

Not be able to delete my information on their system, not be able to withdraw application I made by mistake. their website has no any option to change, delete, or withdraw. be aware this people are full criminals and they serve as criminals. I will report. the better give people option to withdraw and deleting information on their system. the must pay price for it.
