  I would not trust Doug with DC Drywall. I contacted him regarding painting The exterior of my house and had nothing but issues before the job even started. He became very persistent that I hire him and not another company I was looking at. When I eventually agreed to give him the job he stated cash or check only (but the check needs to be in his personal name not company name. Also he flat out said "I love cash"). Big red flag there since there's no paper trail. He then failed to show for the scheduled time to sign papers- only saying later he had car trouble. Really? I understand things happen, but to not keep your customers in the loop? Ru as fast as you can away from him before it's to late....

  Amazing work. Very pleased with the outcome of our house. We had 4 rooms redone in our house and the price was reasonable and fair. Doug left me feeling as if I could trust him to come back time and time again with a worry or a disappointment. Thanks for all your hard work Doug and DC Drywall & Painting.

  I hired these guys to refinish the ceiling in my kitchen. it was full of holes and was in horrible shape from the original builders who took an electric saw to it for this huge ugly light fixture. they fixed the ceiling and made it look brand new. then came the paint. they painted it with a beautiful even coat and left no brush marks or streaks. we did two colors on the ceiling and the lines were perfect. no bleeding or mistakes or blemishes. our home was built in 1983 so we have plenty of work to do and these are the guys im calling. pleasantly surprised!
