  I loved working out with Donna. She's conveniently located and pushed me beyond my expectation no. Lost weight, gained muscle and enjoyed getting valuesble nutrition and workout tips from her as very. Donna is very attentive, worked with my schedule and helped me get back in track.

  Excellent work out! Ive been going there for a year and I see results, I am stronger and leaner. The workout changes every day so you do not get bored and I still get sore some days! Donna is fun and knowledgeable.

  One of the best trainers you could ever be instructed by. DB is a great trainer dedicated to teaching you how to reach your fitness goals. She is a great person, dedicated to being the best at her craft. I would highly reccomend her training to anyone who's looking for fitness instruction.
