  the room carpet was dirty, the bathtub walls were rusted, the slip protector was molding, no drain stopper. the tv remote was broke leaving us with one channel. the coffee pot only had one pod. the hair soaps and body wash dispensers were empty and not clean. i would not recommend staying here, we left the next morning.

  I attended a quinceanera at this location. Do not, do not, do not book here. My apologies that I didn't take pictures. The broken blinds, the broken microwave. The misleading size of the pool. Bathroom doors didn't lock. The shower was not regulated with hot an cold water. The extra sheets and pillow had blood on them. The pull out couch didn't pull out. The manager was heard telling a black family that, their children couldn't leave their room after 11pm whilst, other children walked around unaccompanied by an adult. I am so disgusted with this establishment. The lobby looked like a ghost town, not even a brochure on the table. Our party brought towels but a few kids didn't. We were not given extra towels. After the pool we went upstairs to find the shower wasn't regulating. We called the manager. We were told that he couldn't leave because no one was there to watch the front. I did not let my children attend the sleep over that followed the party. I do not recommend this place.

  First of all our room was very dirty. I booked two rooms and neither room had towels. I called the front office for towels and we never got them until the nedt day when Inasked again and mentioned we never got towels our first day. Our T.V was not working. Roaches everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

  First off, the hotel on the inside was kept clean upon first sight, however the parking lot was anything but clean. There was trash everywhere despite there being multiple trash cans and a dumpster available in the small aforementioned parking lot. Staff was kind to my service dog although they asked me to email the hotel the paperwork for my service animal which is illegal seeing how all they are allowed to ask is the following 2 questions: 1. Is it a service dog AND 2. What tasks is the animal trained to perform. The attendant at the front desk also attempted to charge my friend twice for the same room while arguing about the deposit. The AC unit ran but was very ineffective, which was disappointing to say the least considering it was over 100° on that day (June 26, 2022). Furthermore, the stopper for the bath tub did not work and had to use the trash can liner in order to even take a proper bath. The hotel did provide a small amount of shampoo, conditioner and soap via the dispensers attached to the shower wall, however the buttons were partially broken. The shower head, all though it was able to turn which should have given different settings of water flow, did quite the opposite and the water pressure was absolutely disappointing. The refrigerator, unexpectedly, worked extremely well unlike the blow dryer which was hot and loud but the air flow needed to actually dry things was very poor. The room had a microwave in it but I had no use for it so I am unable to say whether it worked well or not. The TV had good quality as far as volume and picture. Hope this helps.

  I didn’t experience anything like the reviews. The rooms did seem old but I didn’t see bed bugs nor anything nasty. Under the bed there were food crumbs and cookies left and the floor seemed dirty that was the only nasty thing. Another thing was that around 1am there was someone’s child laughing and screaming outside the hall and the parents did not seem to care. You had two options throughout the day you could either enter the front door (front/entrance door closes at 10pm and you have to use back door) or the back door near the pool and use stairs or elevators. They had a pool but it was locked and laundry room and gym although the gym said it was closed at 9pm but it was actually 8pm another thing I didn’t like was that when we arrived at 12pm they told us that the room wasn’t going to be ready until 2 hours later which sucked like I said I didn’t experience anything like the reviews maybe because I wasn’t there the whole day/hours. And they do have a tv, small fridge and microwave.
