  Make sure you don't leave anything or their staff will steal it. I left a totebag with a laptop and notebooks, called right back to say I would pick it up Asap (I obviously live out of town). Called again to confirm it was there, and they said yes, it was behind the counter. I drove back two hours to retrieve my belongings and they were unable to find them or provide any kind of assistance. It is incredibly obvious that my things were stolen by an employee. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have never written any sort of online review, but felt the need to warn others of this place.

  This place is the definition of a " hole in the wall". When i arrived, i stood at the front desk for 10 min and rang the bell a few times. Finally, someone arrived for their shift and began to help me. Their professionalism was the worst. A little more training and they'll be good. They didn't smile and clearly didn't like their job.. The room was too small for my taste and it had this weird smell. The walls were super thin and i saw a roach... The chair in my room had stains on it and the bed was hard with 4 of the littlest pillows. The only good thing was the location. You get what you pay for. Filters on pictures are deceiving.

  The bad: The breakfast is minimal. I had to work while I was there and the outlet near the desk was broken, so that sucked. I didn't ask anyone to fix it though, so that's my fault (but I doubt they had an electrician on hand anyway). The place looks a bit unkempt and run down.The good: Great location! Easy to park and get anywhere downtown. Free internet. Good price.

  The hotel is well located in the downtown. The quilt from the bed had a hole, the key of the door needed to be reseted several times, it just did not open the doors. The curtains were really dusty. The room had an stove and sink that did not work . There was a coffee maker without coffee. The girls of the front desk were gentle and tried to solve the situations at their best.

  The upside is, the ladies working the front desk (I've met 3 so far) are all really nice, professional & helpful. The shower was great (water pressure & temperature). The bad side is, it is an old building, needs repairs/replacements. Room was not very clean (several hairs on bathroom floor and on towel, black shoe print on tile, etc.) Fridge made a lot of noise. Holes in the blanket. Walls in bathroom peeling. I'm used to staying in a bit nicer hotel. So, maybe I'm a bit more picky than some travelers. We wanted to save a little money on hotel this trip but now I really feel it would have been worth it to spend more.
