  Day three of five. Still no hot water. Took almost an hour to check in on Saturday. They had wrong dates for me. Thank goodness I had my receipt! First room only half of the room had power. TV didn't work. Pool is green and kid pool has trash floating in it. It's MEMORIAL weekend!!!! Continental breakfasts no longer provided. I booked here because of location, pool, and breakfast. What a let down. Ice machine on each floor is broken. Second room better, but in need of maintenance.....badly. Front desk has been unresponsive, and won't answer the phone. Also, the restaurant attached was open one night, and closed the rest of weekend. If I had not already paid in full, I would have left. It was a trip to reward my son for graduating with honors. At some point, we thought there had to be hidden cameras...it's a joke. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Do not book here. Crappy service. Crappy place. Nothing works, except the AC. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! OH YEAH, front desk acted out out that I wanted a room with power and TV. Had asked for maintenance to look at it before they moved us. Nobody ever came. Suspect place to go out of business soon. You can't treat paying customers like this.

  It's a Days Inn... Not the Hilton. Rooms are adequate. The drive to downtown takes about 15 minutes. The bridge does back up in the afternoon and evening. Staff is very friendly. Internet was very good and fast.

  The room is clean. The bed is comfortable to sleep on. The TV doesn't work. The restaurant is not part of the hotel, so no free breakfast. The help desk is very busy. No time for questions. No usb port. Half the lights don't work. Quiet place with ample parking. They could use some more trees outside.

  Pretty ran down actually. Had a great housekeeper though. Toilet ran over and getting .maintenance there to fix took forever....then he just left with water standing. It was the housekeeper who came to us and said she thought we should move rooms since carpet was wet. She was great...everyone else...not so much.

  Check in took a very long time. Both key cards did not work the first time. Vanity lights did not work. Funky smell like smokers used the room. The walkways needed a good power washing. Walking around with bare feet at least did not produce dirty feet. Toilet, TV, fridge, and AC all worked. Clean towels. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Luckily, only one roach was encountered (see picture).
