  First room had nasty black stains on the sheets and the bathrooms were still dirty. They swiftly moved us to another room, sadly this one still had used soap bars in the shower so they called cleaning to come redo the bathroom. We were attending a gala and had less than an hour to get ready after waiting for rooms / cleaning. We came back from the gala and went to the bathroom, used the extra roll on toilet and there was nasty sticky stuff caked to the top of the toilet after they had come “clean” again. Looking past that want to get in bed only to find ANOTHER odd stain in our second room!! Frustrated I took photos and walked down to the desk… NOTHING WAS DONE!! No sorry, no offer for a new room no offer for fresh linens, no offers for a refund, NOTHING! After showing the pictures he asked, “do you need anything else?” I said a new room or refund would be great. Apparently a manager has to be present for that and no one was on property. When I asked for a refund I was told no, when I asked what time the manager would be in so I could call he said “I don’t know.” So unprofessional and very dissatisfying visit, can’t even call it a stay since I didn’t get to sleep or even sit besides the toilet. At 11pm on a Saturday I had to make my 3 hour drive home since I had no place to sleep, would have been nice to get another hotel but I used my $$ on this disappointment. Only wish I had pictures from the first room and bathroom before they cleaned. The morning gentleman has a picture, he took it before calling housekeeping if the manager or owner cares.

  Desk chair not securely screwed to base; no coffee maker in room; no grab bars or standing-height soap dish in room; corner of large mirror cracked. On the other hand, better-than-average breakfast for a budget hotel; free WiFi worked smoothly; convenient parking in front of room; least expensive Wyndham-related hotel in town.

  This is a solid 2-star hotel. Our room was reasonably clean and comfortable. There were maintenance needs in our room, mainly in the bathroom - ceiling needs to be repaired from an old leak, and tub/shower needs to be recaulked. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the room smelled good. In general, I think that the hotel is a great value for the price - we paid less than $100 for a family of four with a pet on a basketball game night!

  Don’t stay here warning there’s bedbugs. This room was disgusting, with dad‘s weekend there were no other accommodations. Next time I would rather sleep in my car. the walls and door knobs were filthy the dresser had drawers that kept opening up up by themselves because the whole roomed lean to one side, in the bathroom the door had punch holes and kick holes in it. There were old bars of soap decaying in the bathtub. There were bugs and I went home with eight bug bites sites. This hotel should be shut down. If you do stay sleep in your clothes and keep your bags in your car.

  I had a terrible experience at this hotel and will never be returning. From the start, I noticed that it was extremely dirty compared to any other hotel I have ever been in. The entire hotel smelled bad, and on top of that my sheets smelled like cigarettes. Our air conditioning was broken in our bedroom and everything in our room was old and worn down. I didn’t expect much from this hotel but my experience here was the worst I have had yet. I had bought a two night stay at this hotel but ended up leaving after the first night because of the terrible conditions. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed about my experience at this hotel and I will make sure me and my friends will never return again.
