  Rooms were a had plenty of room but it has a weird smell and very utilitarian Overall the pool an hot tub were pretty good but it lists breakfast as free and they don't have any we went to the lobby and their was nothing in their so we asked them and they said they don't serve breakfast. And the bathroom doors in our room don't lock. Very frustrated with the false advertising but other than that it was fine.

  This was really a surprise to find such a nice hotel so close to Disneyland so close to the cruise port and so centrally located in Long Beach. I really appreciate the staff, they were very nice. The only reason they got a four is because the room is a little bit old. and equipment is aged. It's clean. It just not well done but you can feel good here. Beds are awesome TVs great...

  Staff are great. Fridge and microwave in room. Close to stores and restaurants. The price for rooms are good. I feel really comfortable here with my family. We've stayed here multiple times. And will keep coming. Recommend for everyone looking for a place to stay at while in Ontario 😊

  We stayed here because it was close to Disneyland and we usually stay at Days Inn when we travel. We were very disappointed this time. Girl up front( I think her name is Taylor) had no customer service skills and didn't smile or friendly at all. Room was old and hot, even with A/C running. Shower head first night was spraying everywhere, told front desk, she just took notes. Second night, daughter was showering and the shower head flew off!!! Homeless people all over.. Won't stay again...By the way, I gave 1 star because there were no bed bugs!!! Last night of our trip, we are at Motel 6, 100% better!!!! Nicer room, nicer front desk, cooler and shower works great!!!!

  First of all, I want to start off by saying the hotel rooms look nothing like the photos online. When we arrived, there were many homeless people in the parking lot and surrounding areas. Lobby had vending machines/ice machine- all out of order. NO FREE BREAKFAST, only coffee makers in your room. Rooms were very dilapidated. Didn’t use table and chairs as there was something spilled all over it. Also sticky spills on other counter. Bathroom needed re-tiling, just overall run down. We wore our sandals the entire time , never barefoot. We even purchased Lysol wipes, and completely disinfected the entire room before we used it. The Golden Rose restaurant in hotel parking lot has loud club music/parties every evening we were there, as well, as having the Hwy adjacent to our hotel door, it was very loud. Overall stay, I would rate 3/10. For the price of this hotel, I definitely would have chosen a different place for $160 per night. I have stayed at cheaper hotels like Econolodge that are super nice compared to this place. Read all of the reviews before staying here!
